    100% wool with a coarser weave. The texture is authentic and honest – small irregularities are signs of traditional handcraft, not flaws.

    Origin
    Hand-knotted in the 1990s in the Uşak region, Turkey. Yasemin's father curated the rug at the time and kept it in his collection.

    Refurbishment
    Before sale, the rug was cleaned and professionally refurbished. The visible patina is part of its history and has been deliberately preserved.

    Care
    Regularly vacuum with a dry vacuum cleaner, preferably with a brush attachment. Carefully dab stains with a slightly damp cloth – do not rub. For heavier soiling, professional carpet cleaning is recommended. Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods to protect the colors.
