  • About the Product

    • Manufacturing in Germany– Production and assembly take place in Germany, predominantly with our own components or sourced from regional partner companies.
    • Energy generation through photovoltaic system– The majority of the energy demand for ceramic production is covered by a photovoltaic system.
    • Reduced packaging– Shipping is almost entirely without plastic packaging, instead using paper and cardboard.
    • Focus on craftsmanship- Schneid Studio deliberately chooses partner companies to focus on traditional craftsmanship and differentiate itself from mass production.

  • Sculptural lighting concept
The light fixture is not just a light source but is consciously designed as an object where the socket and ceiling canopy are equally important components of the design.

    Materiality & Surface
The combination of smooth and tactile ceramic surfaces creates a visual and haptic depth that is perceived differently depending on the lighting situation.

    Well-thought-out color and cable selection
The colors of the ceramic and textile cable are coordinated and defined as part of the overall design concept.
